Merinie
The Merinie is a light weight liner designed to be worn under a helmet or even a cap and has NZ Ministry of Business Innovation approval for wearing under a hard hat.
With its 95% Merino wool & 5% spandex blend it’s perfectly designed for comfort and durability, along with the added ability of adjusting to the seasonal changes.
It comes in a range of colours with the option to embroider your own company logo
Double Layer Balaclava
In line with our merinie’ comfort and durability, we have designed the Balaclava around the crown section so that it can be worn a hard hat or helmet. For extra warmth we have a double layer of Merino around the face and neck and given you extra length in the Balaclava allowing it to stay tucked away into your collar for add thermal warmth
Neck Scarf
The Neck Warmer can be worn on its own or in conjunction with the Merinie. This gives you the flexibility of having warmth around the neck, however if you get too warm you can remove it and just have the Merinie on to keep your head warm.
Stormer
The Stormer a made with a Merino blend and wind stopper fabric still incorporation the function and design of or Merinie but designed in mind for those times when the wind is blowing sub-zero and you need that extra thermal protection.
Diving Hood
The Divers Hood adds a layer of Merino which will give added insulation to your neoprene dive hood when you are out catching your crayfish! It has been stated that the Divers Hood can offer an extra 30% increase in thermal insulation. This product was designed for a friend as a one-off. Subsequently it has turned out to become very popular product amongst our clients - one of which is the New Zealand Navy.
Chil Eez
Just like the Merinie, the Chil Eez takes advantage of the natural qualities of merino wool. We saw the need to offer a garment that suited specialized applications, such as high voltage and the risk of sparking and fire. Being made from 100% merino wool, this is where the Chil Eez excels. Combined with fire resistant thread if required, this makes a very safe and practical solution for those in high risk areas.
